Nearest airport is the Alexandria airport and distance to Cairo is 300 km (approximately 3 hours to Cairo center by car). We have 250 members at the moment. The village is open year round, swimming pools open during summer months only. |

| Prices are as low as $US 20000 to 30000 for a finished flat or villa. As an example a two storey villa is 75 square meter per floor and has approximately 100 square meter garden two verandas (front and back) and a full roof top terrace (75 square meters) from where you can have a nice view of the sea. The first floor has 3 open rooms, WC, kitchen, the second floor has 3 bedrooms, WC and small kitchen or office. The price of a fully finished 2 storey villa ranges from $US 30000 to 40000, depending on the interior and exterior (garden, veranda and terrace) finishes that you chose. Finishing of internals will take approximately 3 months. It is not permissible to do any finishing during the summer season i.e. from June until September The common annual fees for maintenance, security, cleaning and garden care is approximately $US 500. Our prices are very low because we are not a commercial company, we are a society and not a profit making company.
