Also, in walking distance (10 min) from the Neo Iraklion and 5 min by bus from the Nea Ionia metro stations, with connections to the main Olympic stadium, the rest of Athens, and the Pireaus port, which schedules hourly/daily departures to the famous Greek islands. The historical centre, where Parthenon, Acropolis, the Panathenian Stadium, and the traditional Plaka/Monastiraki market places are located, is 20 min away by metro.
