The house is built on three levels, two of which have their own entrance.
The main entrance and foyer is in the middle level, in which there is an open-plan living / dining room / kitchen area that leads out onto a large veranda, ideal for meals in the summer. On the same level is one double bedroom with en suite shower and WC.

On the top level there are two bedrooms (left and right) that share a large WC and bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub. All rooms have wonderful views to the garden and the top level also has views to the sea.

The lower part of the house consists of a large room, with its own entrance, refrigerator and shower WC that connects to the upper part through an internal staircase. This may serve as an additional bedroom and as an Internet connected study, a TV room, Home Cinema viewing area or simply as a space with some extra privacy.

The large garden is in full bloom during the summer months and will provide you with fresh figs, lemons, grapefruit, pomegranate, tomatoes, peppers, herbs etc. as well as a variety of locations in which to dine or relax. The house rooftop is easily accessible through an external staircase and from it you can take in a panoramic view of the sea under the shade of our (Asian) Indian tent.

Attending the house will be George, who visits the house at least once a week to care for the garden and Sri-Annie, who will clean and - upon request - may shop and cook Greek or international dishes.
