Exchange - Paris for New York

I´m looking to exchange of my Apartment in Paris to New York at June 4 to July 18. I am married, I do not have children, or animals, and do not smoke.
	My apartment is a well furnished penthouse on the 18 floor, with a view of Paris "La Tour Eiffel, Le Sacré Coeur, La Defense, Le Parc de la Villette" there are 2 elevators and a carpark just in front. The Subway is 3 minutes away, and the bus stop is at the foot of the building, the Subway is "Mairie des Lilas" Line 11, which is 10 minutes from the center of Paris "CHATELET".
Living Room		Bedroom
	Near by there are a supermarket, banks, newsvendors, dry cleaners, hairdresser and bakery. It´s a very lively district. My apartment has a large, bright living room, with large windows, and a large terrace on which there is a dining-room table and 2 chairs. The living room is "Morrocan style" with 3 sofas, which can also serve as a bed. There is also an office with a computer, and an access to Internet ADSL, a television set, a video tape recorder, a hi-fi system, a DVD.
Kitchen
The kitchen is very large and well equipped, with a glass table and 4 chairs, an electric oven which is also a microwave, a washing machine, a coffee machine, and all the necessary comforts. There are 3 large storage areas, 1 for shoes, 1 for food, and 1 for luggage. The bathroom is separate from the toilets, and has a wash basin and a bath-tub. In the bedroom, there is a "King Size" bed, a large closet , a cupboard, and 2 bedside tables. I do not mind receiving people who have children, but only allow smoking on the terrace.
