    • Two more bedrooms with two single beds each, large closets as well.
    • Second kitchen with refrigerator, coffee makers, dishes and Hi-Fi Stereo only.
    • Large living room with sofas mini bar and dining area.

Entrance Door NEIGHBORHOOD & SUBURB: This apartment is at an excellent location, 1min walk from Nea Smirni central square. Nea Smirni´s central square is one of the biggest shopping areas in Athens; suitable as well for coffee and dining near the fountains. It has a big range of restaurants, cafes, clubs, and fashion boutiques. It is an ideal spot for daytrips downtown Athens or to the beaches of Attica. A beautiful quite small park is situated nearby.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: Electric tram, bus, and taxi stand (rank) within 2 minutes walking distance. 8 minutes from the subway station connecting to the Olympic Games stadiums.

SHOPPING & BANKING: Mini market open 7:00 - 23:00 just across the street, supermarket and pharmacy, post office, banks, fast foods and restaurants.
There is also a huge variety of shops within 2-5 minutes walking distance from the maisonette.

TOPOGRAPHY: 10 minutes driving distance to the Panathinaiko Stadium (known as the Marble Stadium). 10 minutes to downtown Athens. Nearest beach is less than 30 minutes away. Ideally located to the games which take place in Elliniko and Faliro (swimming, boating).
Olympic Stadium 45 minutes and the Olympic Village. 80 minute drive to the sports facilities in Marathon.

130 Euro per person per day for 6 persons
100 Euro per person per day with 8 -10 person
The rental price includes the following services:
    -weekly cleaning
    -weekly change of linens
    -twice a week change of towels
    -electricity bills
    -water bills
    -local phone calls
    -all taxes
        o Minimum lease period of 21 days
        o Maximum of 10 persons
        o Refundable security deposit of 600 Euro/person against property damages
    -100% upon delivery of the premises to the clients (In case of accommodation´s dissatisfaction; The client keeps the right of total refund of the remaining amount of money within two days from the initial agreement-arrival day, unless new agreement takes place in personal contact).
