The apartment is a 15-minute drive from the Kifissia tube station (25 minutes to the city center), 5 minutes from the Athens-Lamia motorway and 10 minutes to the internal ring road ("Attiki odos").

	Kifissia has a wonderful selection of restaurants, cafés, clubs, and designer boutiques. It is an ideal spot for daytrips into Athens, to the Attica beaches, or just relaxing by the pool. There are supermarkets, stores, restaurants, cafes, banks and pharmacies within a 5-minute drive.

	Built in 2004, the apartments are located in a 3-storey building and are spacious and tastefully decorated. It enjoys views of the nearby Penteli Mountains. The apartments share a large garden (1000m2) and a swimming pool with the other 2 apartments of the building. The owner lives in a 2nd floor apartment in the building. A rental car is recommended, although taxis and public transport are also convenient. Parking is available.

There is one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. One of the bathrooms is en suite. The amenities include: housekeeping (1 visit every 4 days), TV, CD player, dishwasher, and washing machine. Additional amenities for which there is an extra cost includes: guided tours, airport/port transfers, catering, and car rentals.
