Our Neighborhood
Our home is located near Club Med Sandpiper in a quiet peaceful area of Florida. 15 minutes from Jensen beach (Atlantic) where the surf temperature is usually 70 - 80 degrees F. The villa is 1 3/4 hr. drive to Disney attractions via the Florida Turnpike.

We are near to nice shops and restaurants, Country club, Excellent restaurants, Excellent shopping, Theaters, Health club, Ocean, Tennis, Biking, Surfing and Boating.

Other Information
Auto is not included but is usually required. We prefer non-smokers however we allow smoking in the Florida room.
Any exchange can be non-concurrent. For example we would like to go to Halifax or Victoria Canada in the summer if you wish to go to Florida in the winter or other season.

Also will consider renting our Florida home for 2 week minimum time periods.

Destination(s) and dates preferred:
Victoria - Vancouver Isl. Halifax, NS area, Muskoka - Ontario, Quebec, France, Southern Europe, Mexico, but would consider all other designations.

The home is generally available all year. Exchange does not have to occur at the same times as we are flexible and it is our second home.

Who we are:
We are a husband and wife in late 50's, retired teacher and property manager and frequent travelers - 10 previous exchanges.
We are non-smokers with no pets.
