Exchange studio in East Vancouver for Toronto Summer 2004 also Anywhere UK Summer 2005. 3 weeks to a Month during summer 2004. The suite is on the ground floor of my home.

| The suite is on the ground floor of my home. Bright and cosy - not huge, (300 sq ft= 28 sq.m) but quite functional, and during Summer somewhere where you are basically only going to have breakfast and sleep. Lots of things to do and see in the area.
The 8 year old architect designed home is located in a very quiet part of East Vancouver, with easy and quick access by public transit or car, to the city, other areas of Vancouver or the North Shore (and to Whistler), and the US Border. Walking distance to the quite well known, culturally and ethnically diverse and eclectic, alternative lifestyle of Commercial Drive area also to a large park with a lake and walking paths. Interested in Toronto for 3 or 4 weeks preferably in August 2004. to visit with friends and family, in a small house or apartment located Downtown or areas preferably East of Spadina with reasonable access to public transit (ideally Annex, Riverdale, Beaches, East York, Don Mills, Scarborough). Lived in Toronto 1953 -1985 so know my way around. I am a single, NON-smoking, "house proud" and totally responsible senior Male. I come from a TV Broadcasting management background and now am a Realtor in Vancouver´s rather overpriced market. |
