We are looking to exchange our villa in Ovacik, Turkey for a similarly valued property in the UK. Ideally we would prefer Hull and East Riding area, but anything in England will be considered, at around a value of £ 140,000. A property of a lower value would be a possibility providing it was viable for renting.
The villa stands in a 1,000 square mtre plot of walled garden. There are two buildings on site, the second one housing two apartments owned by English pensioners who do not rent out, and spend little time in Turkey, thus the villa owner has majority of privacy, plus own private areas. Each individual unit has its own title deed and the villa deed is available for inspection at any time. The pool is shared between the two buildings and there is a clear communal contract for joint ownership of shared areas.

Tastefully decorated and extremely well maintained, the villa has 3/4 bedrooms. To the ground floor there is lounge/dining room, kitchen, wc and storage cupboard. Off the kitchen and Dining Room to the rear there is a terrace running the width of the property, with BBQ. Off the terrace is a utility room housing two washing machines, a dryer, and storage space.
First floor comprises 2 double bedrooms (including master bedroom), 1 single bedroom and shower room. The master bedroom has en-suite with jacuzzi bath and shower over. In the attic area, there are a two further rooms, one is extremely spacious with room for 3 or 4 single beds along with other furnishings and the second attic room is currently used for storage, but could even make a 5th bedroom. There is also ample storage in the roof void.

All bedrooms have balconies giving mountain views all round. The front terrace faces the swimming pool. There is solar heated hot water with electric immersion back up.

  
This property is located in Ovacik which is approximately 1 hours drive from Dalaman Airport, 10 minutes from Fethiye, and 10 minutes from the scenic beach and lagoon of Oludeniz. Within 2 minutes walk of bus route, and approximately 8 mins walk from the village of Hisaronu, the property enjoys peace and tranquility with spectacular views but close to all amenities. Ideal for all year round living, or holiday, this property offers the best of everything.
All furniture fittings and appliances are included in the price, and many extras are also included. The buyer can simply move straight in with nothing to do. There is a well on site providing free water all year round. The running costs are relatively low. Council tax is around £60 per year on this property. Only genuine exchangers need respond.
